SW4A Week 3

    Week 3 for the SW4A starts ot with a bang, including the following matchups:

    East Meck at Butler
    Ardrey Kell at Myers Park
    Independence at Providence
    South Meck at Weddington

    Butler is coming off of the Bojangles Shootout Championship that included a win against East Meck. East Meck has an opportunity to avenge the loss one week later, in a game that is more important in the drive for a deep playoff run.

    Ardrey Kell is coming off of their Championship at the Fifth Third Holiday Classic. Can they carry the momentum back to Myers Park for a conference run?

    Butler: 50
    East Meck: 43

    Weddington: 51
    South Meck: 10

    Ardrey Kell: 44
    Myers Park: 32

    Independence: 50
    Providence: 42

    Butler was lethargic on Tuesday night and fortunate to win. Although they never trailed after the first few minutes, they had difficulty getting into the flow of their offense. They often led by 8 or more but could not stretch the lead past 12. It was a one pont game with 4 minutes to go and Butler made some defensive plays in the final minutes to win.

    Butler has 4 wins against NC top 10 ranked teams!
