I have spoken to Trooper as did Bluefin, At the time he went on rant and rave he had no idea he was doing anything wrong. He was just trying to right a wrong. I had not seen what he had written on r & r and I am sure whatever it was it was from the heart. As for Constance, anyone who knows her or has met her has come away with a great feeling about this person.
If some feel the Pitcher, Quarteback, etc is the star of any team, your in for a rude awakening when it comes to the Tarheels.

He did not think you were a Bears fan. He did as I did thought you were on the Tarheel softball team. He thought you had to catch a flight to California to play in the tournament that started today. Are you a player for UNC? Just curious

Tarheel, Let me 1st say yes it is a team sport!!! however if you don't have great pitching you won't win games!!!! have you ever been on a team that didn't have good pitching? how many games did you win with a weak pitcher? Not many I bet!!!! Also when you call the paper to turn in the score they ask who's the WP and LP pitcher, so if there name has to be put in the paper for losing then I think it's only right to brag on them when they win especially when it's a PAC 10 Cal Bears TEAM, 17 yrs old and we are dang proud of her down her!!!! So We will always brag on her so get use to it!!! You should be proud that UNC has Great pitching and a GREAT Team and it was exciting that a North Carolina Team beat a #9 Cal team but, you won't get to far if you don't have pitching in which UNC does!!! GOOOOOOOOOO UNC and CONSTANCE we love u down here.

 

Micweiser, I hope to see you and Marlin in Rock Hill on March 4th. I know I will get to see your DD's play their favorite positions. See ya there!

I heard the Tarheels lost today 4-2. Who pitched and who did they lose to.

Hi, I have watched these boards alot and just signed up. I enjoyed reading what everyone has posted. I just wanted to post one little message.

Do not play Tarheel Gal as someone who does not know this sport. She is light years ahead of almost everyone on these boards, myself included when it comes to the sport of Collegiate Softball. Give her the respect she deserves as I doubt you will ever see her post on these boards again.

 

Lost

Fresno State but they came back and beat Oregon and finished 4-1 in Cal! I believe Danielle and Lisa did most of pitching, Constance did have a three up/ three down relieve inning. UNC had a great trip out West and I think gained even more respect. I believe NCSU played UCLA last night but I have not seen a score.

 

....UCLA 12 NCSU 1.........in 4 innings. UCLA had 4 HRs, one of them a grand slam.
Bechtholdt hit a HR for the Packs only run.
