Ryan...a bit of advice. Your first opportunity to pitch to a major leaguer...sit him on his butt and glare into him. Let him know you will be seeing him again soon

Have they given you any instructions of what they want you to accomplish this spring?

PS- tell your dad to quit hiding my autographed card from me or I'm going to have to send Guido.

 

I will definitely keep that in mine when i face a major league guy! Especially if its Travis Haffner!! haha

Well, you never know for sure where they are gonna send you ... from what many in the organization have told me ... they expect me to continue doing well in spring training and stay healthy so that I can come out starting in full season Low A, instead of extended spring training and short season A ball. They've set high expectations for me and i intend to make them! I'm going to continue working hard on being more consistent with my offspeed (especially my curveball) and i feel that if i can do that, i will meet my goals for the upcoming season.

My dad said that he has your card for you and he will see you soon! So no need to send anyone haha

I know you will be extremely busy all year, but keep us posted on everything when you can. Everybody wants to be kept informed of your progress right up to the day you throw out your first pitch at The Jake!!!...and I hope it's against the Yankees, so you can brush back Jeter on your 1st pitch
