Talented Senior Class!

I won't get into talent debate by position on this thread, but will say this:

WOW!!! What an amazing collection of TALENT in the SW4A this year!
Going to be interesting to see how the entire CONFERENCE re-builds after this senior class moves on.

We fans better appreciate the conf. tourney and the playoffs this season. It might be awhile before we see a class like this one again!

Southmecker

I have to agree with Southmecker. The AK middle infield made too made too many errors this year. Error at Providence hurt greatly to extend inning. Great future players but in due time.
Conference tourney should be fun if they get it in.

Wait a minute!!!!!!

Does Richie Shaeffer not play a position that would give him first team?....unreal that the kid might go in the first 3 rounds of the MLB draft and not make first team.....very interesting.

Stretch, I think everyone was following Mincmi's rule about playing number of innings at a position. I ASSUME that with Shaeffer's injury that is the reason he is not at a position. Mincmi please correct me if I am wrong, (I know you will )

 

You are absolutely correct and he should be at 3b. He did miss time with the surgery on his hand and the injury really did hamper him at the plate so I'm sure thats what mincmi was thinking.
