TBR Top 20 Softball Poll

Does this poll only include the teams from the west? Laney and Ashley, both from Wilmington, NC have very talented teams this year!

 

In polls there is always a team or tn that may feel left out. I think that AC Reynolds defintely deserves to be in this poll over South Caldwell. I then would say that Freedom should be ranked over South as well. AC finsihed second in the NW4A and Freedom was 3rd sweeping South last year. Every player on Freedom's team is back this year but the CF and they replaced her with Ali Ford so they are fine in that spot. I guess it's hard to get a lot of reconigition when your program has been as bad as Freedom's used to be. (They only loose one player this year also)

 

They are always pretty good.

 

in this poll you have all the classifications (4A, 3A, 2A, 1A), Why?

They don't do it in the NCAA.

 

has in the past due to lack of info coming from down east but i see changes are ahead. Alot of new eastern members have joined recently and are contributing. we want this little poll to include All of NC this year and with your help and others who are in the know down there...the next one will include the east with the west!

the poll was only to fill a void left by the observer....Sweet 16 and the absence of a Statewide Softball Poll. Now that both are up and running, which i am thankful and enjoy viewing, the TBR one may have seen its better days.

Thank God we aren't governed by the NCAA!!

talked with two coaches in that area the nite before my initial post(wrote South down too) but i am lossing my mind and it was only an oversite!!
