Thanks from the Cardinals!!!

Thanks to all those who participated in our first Cardinals East Coast Fireworks tournament. I think most everyone enjoyed the weekend.
I am also very excited that we got to host our first 23U tournament too.

There were approx. 25 colleges in attendance. I had several of them comment about the talent level here versus some of the other tournaments on the east coast this past weekend. That is a commendation to each of you for all your hard work.
Congratulations to all the teams who made it through the elimination rounds. I saw some very competitive ball played. A lot of teams stepped it up.
I am already working on next year. I will probably decrease the number of entries of the tournament to keep everything within the Walnut Creek Complex. That was one of the few complaints I received. We will strive to make this a premier showcase tournament in the future. we welcome suggestions on how to make it better.
We really appreciate the support from all of you and hope to see you all soon!

Very enjoyable tournament. Lots of talent. Especially enjoyed the 23U. Hopefully there will be more 23U teams next time.

The only suggestion I have is to have the scoreboards working. That really adds a lot to the tournament.

Also, if the standings were posted somewhere I must have missed them.

We had the best time. My DD had a chance to guest play and is moving up to 16U this Fall. She loved the tournament. Looking forward to next year. Thanks for having it and us!
