    764 wins, 6 titles while at Rose, in 38+ years!
    Amazing record! Last time I saw him in action was last summer at Guy Smith Stadium, and it looks like he still has many years of coaching left in him. Really dedicated baseball coach! Here's an interview from a few years ago (between 2001-2003 time frame).

    January 1: Regular Season Titles in NC Division 1

    In 2010, out of 19 North Carolina Division 1 baseball programs, only Charlotte was able to win their conference regular season championship (Atlantic Ten). Anybody think they'll be some improvement in that area in 2011? ACC, Southern, Conference USA, Big South, Colonial, Atlantic Sun, or MEAC? Anybody gonna surprise this year?

    BCS Champion: Oregon
    Super Bowl: Atlanta Falcons (over Pittsburgh)
    NCAA basketball: Kansas (over UCONN)
    NBA Champion: Boston Celtics (over LA Lakers)
    College World Series: Clemson (over TCU)
    World Series: Philadelphia Phillies (over Boston Red Sox)
    Nascar: Carl Edwards (ends Jimmie Johnson's reign)
