THS plays for another conference tournament title

    The lady hawks will play tonight at THS for the 2008 Cape Fear Valley Conference Tournament. They will play Gray's Creek at 7:00pm. The girls will enter the play-offs on Saturday with the #1 seed in the CFV conference. More details later.

    Triton Conference Champions

    Triton cruised past Grays Creek Tuesday night. They won 25-12, 25-14, 25-17 in route to thier 8th straight conference championship.
    The lady Hawks posted a 23-1 season and recieved a #1 seed in state playoffs to start Saturday.
    Senior Allison Johnson led Triton with 17 kills and 3 aces.
    Coach Wendy Gaines credits her teams sucess to "thier heart and thier determination. I don't think they'll quit until they reach the final game November 1".
    I say Coach Gaines deserves the credit for getting her girls to believe in them selves.
