    UNC's Tim Fedroff signed a contract w/ the Indians.

    also saw that Dustin Ackley was injured this summer and had surgery on his right elbow, otherwise known as Tommy John surgery.

    I read where they expect him back by the season's start. I think that's wishful thinking, but I hope it's true. I can't imagine him coming back from rehab in less than a year and expect him to play OF.

    didnt he play some at first base? if not hes a good enough athlete to, just a thought to keep that solid bat in the lineup for the heels if they already had a solid dh
