    You can tell it is time for the start of high school baseball season. The temperature has dropped and it is snowing. I guess this is all bittersweet. It saddens me for this weather to start the season, but it makes me happy that the season is upon us.

    Good luck to everyone on their upcoming season. Let's play some baseball.

    I feel sorry for those college boys. Next week it is going to be worse. I believe Wednesday they are calling for single digit temps in some areas.

    Who was that nut on here a couple of weeks ago bragging about the weather and how warm this season will be. He should be :FightenSmilie:

    We all know that when we brag about the "spring-like" weather we pay for it when baseball begins. For those unaware, Roxboro is one of the coldest places off the mountains... But (knock on wood) Raleigh and Durham are getting it worse that us, which is unusual. I just hope we have seen all of the winter weather for this year, although my daughter bought a new snow tube last year and has yet to be able to try it out. OK,OK I will settle for one more snow as long as it is dry before Feb 12... We'll see.
