Here are some that come to mind in the Triad area:

    Connoway/Smith - South Stokes

    Foushe/Laramore - Reynolds

    Basham/Nunn - East Forsyth

    Merritt/Martin - Forbush

    Poindexter/Snow - West Forsyth

What about some of the other regions in the state? Post 'em here!! :laugh1:

    WNC Duo

    #1 TC Roberson, 15-0

    Josh Thrailkill (Soph) 7-0
    Seth Laughter (Jr) 7-0

Both 6' 3" righties have ERA's under 1.00 and are back next year, along with a strong supporting cast of pitchers. You can expect them to be even better in 05. Thrailkill is playing in Cincinnati this summer with the Midland Redskins and Laughter will pitch with Roberson during the summer.

I got a Triad threesome for you

    Ragsdale

    Trevor Mullins ( so) 6-0
    Jake Kensmoe ( jr) 6-1
    Chad Baker ( sr) 6-1

Mullins has been a super surprise and Kensmoe has been steady but Baker is the soul of the team. He is a super tough player who will be missed by both the football team ( FG kicker, punter, reciever, kick returner, DB, etc.etc.etc.) and the baseball team when he graduates.

For Alexander Central it would have to be

    Matt Payne
    Calvin Teague
    Brian Corbett
    Brandon Kinnaird

*Jordan Herfner, Scott Hall, and Kelly McLain have got limited time on the mound thus far. Brandon Kinnaird has been thrust into the closing role for the Cougars.
