    Talented kids

    I saw most of these kids play this weekend in that great 1-1 tie game against the Richmond Braves and they looked real good to me.

    Corey Wallace from Richmond County. I watched him hit one around 400 ft at USC upstate this weekend.
    Preston Troutman from East Rowan. This man has a cannon for an arm.

    The 1-1 tie was against the Cubs. It was a great weekend though.
    Stretchy, I sent you an email about a 2009 from down here that may want to pitch if you have any openings coming up.

    Back to the topic...

    I really think there is a bumper crop of talented 2010's slathered across our state. Everyone spoke of how things were a little down in the 08 class... but I think things are back on track with the 09 class and certainly the 10's. But, guess we have to remember too, that the 10's are 2 seasons from graduating and just have to wait and see what shakes loose. I could pound out a list of 10's from the East, but I would rather their accomplishments speak for themselves and let them be under radar a lil longer... more fun that way. But I am sure - actually I am VERY confident, Southern1 and Stretchy have them all listed, mapped and catagorized... lol

    there are about 50 2010's in the state that I really wish were 2009's. I can't wait to see where a whole bunch of these kids end up.

    btw, nobody does it better than Mr. Partin. I'll take every player he has. There are many talented players and programs across the state but they are the top dog. EVERY player I recruit from the ENTIRE country has heard of the dirtbags. Plus, anyone who can rock the pink and neon green on the same weekend better have some cahones and talent.
