Hasn't Jordan Deloatch committed to NCSU?

Also, I agree with Braves.. There's a ton of 2011 guys out there that are uncommitted!

Grey has not committed to Cof C as of today, I talked to his dad earlier. He has some options, but my money is on App. because thats where his dad went. Having said that he will prob commit to C of C tomorrow:rolleyes4:. Really its got to be an exciting time for him.

I've been wrong before and I hope he's happy wherever he goes, but my sources are usually pretty strong and I rarely post names without confirmation...I guess we'll see

    Dylan Dickens RHP - Person

Dylan is a tremendous pitcher and person. This submariner's pitches move all the time. He does not throw a pitch without movement. He spots his pitches well and has the ability to change speeds. He hides his pitches well and at times will alter his delivery as deception and to get a different angle of movement.

Dylan pitched the final game at UNC in the Impact Tournament and threw 6 innings against the Wilson Bulldogs. In the 2nd Inning he hurt his thumb on his pitching hand. I was watching the game and all I knew was that he had a drop in velocity in the 2nd. He continued to pitch and was effective enough to pitch into the 6th inning. After the game I saw he had ice on his hand and saw his right thumb was swollen and bruised. I asked him when did it happen, he said teh 2nd inning. I asked him if it hurt to pitch and he said "naw I just pushed the ball in my hand so far I couldnt pressure it with my thumb and i guess I learned how to throw 2 seam changeups" with a sly grin on his face. Later that week when he finally went to doctor it was determined that his thumb was broken. He was changing speeds with varied change ups. And to throw almost a whole game with nothing but change ups and get batters out says a lot.

I cant say enough about Dylan! He is one of the best I have coached at Person and without a doubt will benefit anubody that takes a chance on him. According to many coaches "he just gets people out".

BTW... Diesel, I think you will remember Dylan when Person played Rose in 2009...

How about Wright kid from TC Roberson. Big stick from left side, has hit at every level and had to hit close to 500 for the Heat Showcase this summer. Pretty good behind the plate but could use some time back there, but the guy can hit.
