    Fertilizer...pine tar...must be talking about Clemson :D

    Fertilizer contains nitrogen, an active ingredient in explosives. The sniffing devices screeners use will be set off by a small trace of nitrogen.:twocents:

    The notice about fertilizer was told to us right after 9/11. We were flying out of Greensboro to a tournament. At PTI you take your bags to security and you stand there for them to clear your bags. Needless to say we held our breath because bat bags do come into contact with fertilizer on the field.

    They might even check all your endcaps on your bats... To make sure they arent used as Grenade Launchers....you know with the fertilizer and pine tar....
