    The coach is voted on, and then we hold tryouts. The coach picks his asst. and they decide who gets cut and who stays. Last season the coach that was there carried 17 girls, that was his choice. And you do not pay untill you have made the team. There is no upfront cost.

    1 last question. A new girl moves in from Charlotte or SC or Ohio or where ever and never joined the rec or played there. Is she "black-balled" or given just as much a chance as those that have played all along? You know moving -in on the good old boys. They don't like it........

    If they come out and tryout, it is fair game. She would have just as much chance as anyone else. All the good ole boys have left.
