Dr Gorman has far more than 1 email that he hasn't replied to me on this subject. We have attempted to engage in conversation on numerous times in different ways over the last two years.

To say I am unimpressed with his leadership of the CMS system would be a major understatement and it goes FAR beyond athletics.

Never fear, plans are rolling along to secure a bright, sustainable future for our middle school STUDENT-ATHLETES with no money coming from CMS budget.

Thanks to all that have lent support, when it comes to STUDENT-ATHLETES and all good kids that work hard in the classroom and carry themselves with integrity and respect for others I will do my best to help wherever I can.

 

At the Community House Middle School spring parent meeting the AD said that one way or another they will have middle school sports next year. For those outside the area this school is in Char-Meck school system. He did not go into specifics but maybe Mr. Gorman has told the schools to figure it out and proceed with parent support like the Union county schools. Tripp, you might want to talk with Jeff and see what he knows about the situation.

I can assure you beyond a shadow of a doubt that the only thing Dr Gorman has communicated on middle school sports is to take inventory and have all your equipment ready for auction.

At this point, I believes he feels like if he ignores it, then it will go away.... he doesnt know this area very well when it comes to parents doing the best for their kids.....
