We are looking for a strong outfielder, infielder or pitcher to fill our 18u team for this fall and 2012 season. The Foothills Heat 18U will be holding an open tryout August 28, 2011 3:00pm at Saint Stephens High School in Hickory NC. We are looking to add to the roster and fill the spots of players going off to LR and Greensboro College. The positions we would like to fill or compliment are middle infield, outfield and pitcher. We play a competitive local NC & SC ASA sanctioned schedule including most Cardinal Tournaments, NC ASA State, South Atlantic Fall Exposure and more. We have experience in the recruiting process and believe we offer value to each and every player. We are a positive team who believes that education is always first and softball should always be fun.

NC Challengers 16U Renzi --> 18U

NC Challengers 18U Renzi is seeking two A-level players to join their Fall 2011/2012 roster. We have the following positions available:

1. A pitcher that can immediately join our rotation and contribute by pitching at least 1/3 of the innings in a given tournament or showcase.
2. A catcher with a strong defensive game that includes strong blocking skills and the ability to throw out baserunners on a regular basis.
3. A middle infielder (capable of playing 2B and/or SS) with a strong bat

The NC Challengers 18U Renzi team is making the transition from 16U. We are seeking high school sophomores and juniors to join our roster. We are coming off winning the 2011 PONY National Championship at 16U and have very high expectations for the fall and 2012!

 

Carolina Crush is looking for a fill in pitcher for this weekends Cardinal Showcase. 2 of our pitchers can not be there. We are in what I consider to be the best pool with the like of the cardinals (chandler), angels, williamsburg starz gold, crush, championship fastpitch, cobras, randolph rage and virginia legends. Could be some great exposure for any pitcher.

Carolina Elite 10U-18 Gold

Tryouts will be held for all 2012 teams. 10-12U August 20, 14U-16U August 21. 18 Gold will not have a open tryout but will be worked out individually as part of a team practice. Any players interested should email Jimmy Seigler [email protected] with your player info and birth year and it will be forwarded to coaches that will contact you with more information and locations. Your information will be confidential. Tryouts for Bryan Pack's Carolina Elite team will be held separately at a later date and his players are restricted to a 50 mile radius of USC Upstate.

10U Challengers tryouts rain date

NC Challengers 10U Rain makeup –Saturday Aug.13th from 1:00pm, at South Garner Park. Address is 1210 Poole Drive Garner, NC 27529. All positions will be looked at. We are seeking solid players who possess a strong work ethic, good attitude, and the drive and desire to compete at A level softball.

The North Carolina Challengers, whose inaugural season was 1994, have had a long-standing reputation as being an organization that strives to prepare young women to excel both on and off the softball field. The NC Challengers have a goal of teaching not only the fundamentals of fastpitch softball but also the qualities of leadership, sportsmanship, academia, and teamwork while building strong character. NC Challengers softball boasts successful teams ranging in age from 10U to 18U and anticipates continual organizational growth to facilitate its goal to prepare hopeful young women in achieving their dreams of playing softball at the collegiate level.

 

18U Tryout for Whitley Warriors

Tryouts for 18U Travel Team, playing All 18U showcase touraments in the fall. We need quality ball players, who are willing to work hard and desire to play at the next level.
