    Up here in the great white north we play ball in the snow! No kidding - tryouts for V and JV went on as planned!

    talked to my HS coach today...

    Cary HS
    Said 62 came out for the team but Wake County closed school 3hrs early today and all afternoon programs were cancelled. Said first game is the 25th and he has only seen the 62 guys once. He said he hoped to "run" about half of them off, lol.

    Haha. He meant he hoped they ran enough last night where half of them wouldn't come back.

    He was happy that none out of the 62 showed up in jeans though.

    Don't know how many showed but West Henderson had 39 signed up to start with 3 still playing basketball. Not bad for a lil ole 2A school. BTW, I saved my money over the winter and purchased a new TBR RV for us to go to the away games in. What ya think? Ya'll ready?
