I tried but can't help myself!

Braves, I do not believe anyone would bash the kid/family but maybe the on going situation. The family is just doing the best thing for the kid, which I would do also if put in the same situation. I just hope the 9th and 10th guy at Davidson got a heads up so they will have time to start their own transfer. Open things up, High School could become a training ground for our kids to learn how to handle being recruited. No I am not saying Davidson recruited, they would not have to. Maybe magnet Baeball Schools? Before asked, I am being sarcastic. I wish the kid a great year because Davidson is not in our conferance.

Dang...he is going to help them a ton. That will be the best double play tandom up the middle in the state without a doubt. He is by far the most scrappiest player I've ever seen in my life. And the only time I saw him play was in a showcase tournament. Most people don't scrap in showcase ball, but he did. North Davidson just sealed their conference championship I believe.

don't count out tabor, west and davie. they will all be scrappy. north will definately have the target on their back for sure. just hope there are not too many egos at one place. (guess i should say too many stars) sometimes can cause jealousy. wonder how the rest of the seniors feel about him coming in mid year. especially one that may now be riding the pine? not bad mouthing anyone, just makes you wonder how that will be handled.

    Makes me wonder

what kind of player would not want a team mate like Tyler Hanover? Maybe someone that was more concerned with their playing time than winning?

Tyler will lead by example.I think coach Meadows will handle any situation. As much as White pitches it might free him up just to pitch and not have to play the outfield or first.I think the fact that he has played with a lot of these guys will help.He is a winner and plays and practices at 150 percent all the time.I think the way he works will make the other players better.

    regarding makes me wonder post

maybe the kind of player who has spent 4 years in the program, worked his rear end off, waited for his chance and was finally going to get that opportunity his senior year to make a contribution - don't know anything about the situation, but it isn't just about who wouldn't want TH for a teammate and it doesn't mean not caring about winning or not over PT - everyone wants to win - we all know life isn't fair, but...

When a player and his parents make a decision about what team the player will join (or what school he will attend), it's really nobody else's business. People will huff and puff and blow, some guys from the team he's leaving might be angry, some from the team he's joining might be nervous about how it will affect them, but in the end if the parents do what they believe is best for their son, how can you argue with that? I'm sure Tyler and his family have looked at this from all the angles. I'm all about the parents doing what's best for their kids.

Of course we don't have to play North Davidson! I might feel differently if they were on our schedule.

Drifting just a bit, LSU had the #1 recruiting class in the nation, bringing in 19 players for the 08 season. Looks like Hanover made a another great choice in terms of picking a team with a good chance of making it to the big dance.

We all know that one player doesnt make a team, just ask my titans, on paper the most talented team around last year. That's why you play em. A wise man once told me hard work promises you nothing, if you want to play in any program you must perform when the lights come on. Let the games begin. An aflac all american can't do it all it takes 9...EF still has some good young talent, may want to work on keeping them.
