    This is a preliminary memo to get the ball rolling - The Sun Classic Showcase (Fri to Sun) will have a big college coach turnout...240-275 coaches. ​

    We are sending invites to college coaches now for this Combine - it should attract lots. ​

    The Sun Classic Thursday 'Practice Games' will start at 4:20 pm....after the Combine Game is completed.​

    I do not know about this particular "showcase" event, but I do know that Disneys Wide World of Sports complex is awesome and a MUST see/play for kids on the TB trail.

    $175 sounds like a bargain to me.

    If I had a kid who was in the recruitable age group, both of us would be in Orlando for this event.

    Looks like Team New Jersey www.teamNJsoftball.com is putting on a tournament after the Combine and having 6 games on ESPN3. Are any teams from North Carolina playing? I would love to see them play on national TV.
