    Hunter Ridge--South Western Randolph High---Collegiate Baseball Freshman All-American; NCCSIA's All-State Baseball; CAA All-Rookie Team; started 56 games/played in 59; lead team with .348 BA and 77 hits; 5 homeruns:
    Playing for the Asheboro Copperheads in the Coastal Plain Collegiate Wood Bat League in 11 games played leads team with a .372 BA and 3 homeruns.

    Michael Bass--Fairmont High School--CAA All-Rookie Team; started 42/played 48; started 33 games at third(a position he had never played before), 7 at second and 2 in center; lead team with 15 stolen bases; 1 homerun:
    Playing for Fulton, KY Railroaders in K.I.T. Collegiate Wood Bat League; in 12 games at shortstop has .364 BA and leads the K.I.T. League with 13 stolen bases, 15 runs scored and 5(tied) doubles; 2nd in League with 16 hits.
