    Hey guys.

Its been awhile, but I wanted to drop by and throw it out there that I have upstarted a blog. Its purpose is to share as much useful information on all aspects of pitching. I plan on sharing countless ideas, thoughts, experiences, stories here. As well as interviewing numerous people whose opinions on the game I respect. Ultimately, I hope to educate others and myself on as many aspects of pitching and the game of baseball as possible.

If you have any ideas, thoughts or comments on the blog, feel free to send me a message or comment on the blog itself.

Hope everyone has a great holiday season!

--Also. Im gonna try and get an interview with Alan Tyson tomorrow (post-rehab), so be on the lookout for some stuff on flexibility, arm care, velocity improvement and core strengthening.

My goal is to cover all the bases and Alan is the best.

Just posted a new tip on how to improve your command as a pitcher. Especially on the days where you or your pitcher is barely missing his spots.

    Happy Holidays,

    Wow

    Robert,

The blog is terrific. It's my first blog? I'm an Old School Guy but I found it and read everything you put there.

How about a report about what happens from the end of your start until the next start. What do you do post game, the next day, the day after that................. etc....

    Thanks for the blog!

    I hope you don't mind

... But I shared the link for your blog with the readers on Inside Carolina.

I enjoyed it immensely - especially as someone who never pitched growing up and working on being able to coach little leaguers and be able to throw decent bp...

I put a link on the Cary HS Baseball Website as well. Hope it's cool.

    Good luck.

    Happy Holidays everybody,

    Hey guys.

Back to the basics, just put up a new post Gripping the Baseball: 4 and 2 seam fastball.

This will probably benefit the little guys the most, but hopefully there is some stuff in there to benefit the older guys as well.
