How about a more serious question... How come Butch Davis can't beat Tom O'Brien?

lol, just playin man. Thanks for letting us know when you post updates. I have passed your site along to our pitchers and I hope they are taking notes.

Ha, I hear ya JM. Ive witnessed the last 2, and the answer is Russell Wilson. Flat out.

Aside from that, Im glad you feel some of the stuff Ive put up on UTR is worthy of passing on. If there is anything in particular that I can work on and put up for you specifically, let me know.

    Hey guys.

Had some downtime today and put up a post titled Optimizing the Situation. Just some advice on how to get through tough situations during the course of a game, as well as overcoming the days when you're stuff isn't sharp.

Thanks for checking it out, hope there is some stuff in there that helps guys out.

Well thanks Braves. I tell you what, I had soo many good coaches coming up through South Park, Carmel, AAU ball, Myers Park, On Deck and so on, I am more than happy to share what a lot of those guys gave me.

Playing is my passion, but seeing others improve their game from something I was able to help with is a close 2nd. Especially Charlotte guys.

I'll add that I had some down time, so I put up a Quick Tip on improving your pickoff move and controlling the running game. Check it out, try it out and let me know if anyone has some success with it.

    All the Best,

    Check Your Dirt

    Hey Guys,

Just had time today for a Quick Tip on checking your drag line and foot print during your bullpen sessions. Again, it is simple things like this that have helped either myself or others, or both have some success. Hopefully these little things will have the same effect on others. Pay attention to these two things whenever you get a chance.

    Hey guys,

I just put up an interview that I did this past week with Charlotte native, and Red Sox pitcher Daniel Bard. I really appreciate the positive feedback via TBR and emails. Hope this is as helpful as I set out for it to be for guys.
