USA Athletes International

    Hi All,

    My name is Steve Phipps and I am new to this board. I wanted to ask around and find out if any of the coaches here had any recommendations of athletes who would be good fits for teams traveling internationally representing the USA in international competition. USA Athletes International (USAAI) teams are made up of primarily college age players....although they do have teams that travel from the high school level as well. They travel and compete in events all around the globe...Australia, The Caribbean, and all over Europe.

    The particular team I will be coaching this summer will be competing in Sydney Australia at the Blacktown Challenge. This is the very same venue where the 2000 USA Olympic team won Gold in the Sydney Olympics and we currently have roster spots open for this team.

    Any players who may be interested need to be recommended by their coach, and we are looking for not only players who are strong on the field but players of high character as well.
