    Exactly correct. USC has a ton of quality pitchers that have let them down this year, the defense struggled, the relief pitching exposed their weakness...and they do not play small ball.

    UNC just put the ball in play forcing USC to make plays...and they couldn't do it. I thought that USC did not show UNC much respect ...and played that way. UNC played with a lot of character, as they have all season and took that "Carolina" name from them. The name "Carolina" now resides in Chapel Hill.
