    5 Innings

    WP: Evan Orenstein 4IP 0R 2H
    Ryan Dull 1IP 2K 0R 0H

    EF: 19-4

East will play Northwest Guilford at 7pm at East Forsyth on Monday.

    Northwest 8
    Grimsley 5

    WP: Logan Self

If Northwest wins the tournament, they will overtake Grimsley as the #2 seed and Grimsley will drop to the #3 seed

    Robinson beats Central Cabarrus

    Robinson - 9
    Central - 7

Robinson was leading 7-0 going into the 6th inning with 1 out, and after a throwing error from the catcher, Central scored 7 runs to tie the game. Robinson then scored two runs in the top of the 8th on a double in the gap, and then scored again on a single. Great game for cross county rivals. Not sure what the standings are in the Meca 7! Anyone know?

No...the Eagles sticks blasted Logan Self in the final conference meeting and East is throwing sophomore Shane Dickerson who has been pretty impressive this year (4-0) and defeated West Forsyth this year. Granted it is a championship game and nothing is taken for granted but East should win this one...expect to see Dull around the 6th inning if I had to guess since East is playing on Friday against Douglas Byrd.

    That's right

Un ranked and overlooked. The Eagles I say have surpired me some. A lot of those guys and stepped up. Great bunch of kids over there. Just a love of the game and put it on my shoulders coach. If one does not get it done they have more. :comp1:

All I have to say tonight is that Robbie McIntosh was on fire tonight. He used a mid 80's fastball...topped at 87 and a good curve ball and stayed out of trouble and held off the Eagles. Northwest stranded a lot of baserunners and could have beat the Eagles by more than the 3-1 final. East missed oppurtunites with 2nd and 3rd and no outs in the 5th inning .

    NWG 3 6 1
    EF 1 4 1

    WP: Robbie McIntosh 7IP
    LP: Shane Dickerson (4-1) 4 2/3 IP
    Justin Bolens 1 2/3 IP
Ryan Dull 1 IP 1H 2BB 2K touched 90 for the first time tonight!!
Ryan has allowed 6BB all year and 2 of them were tonight.

Luke Dunlap for East was 2 for 3 with a double

East will host Fayetteville Douglas Byrd Friday night at 7pm.

    EF: 19-5
    NWG 18-7
