    Foushee to Harvard!

    I just wanted to congratulate Hampton Foushee of R.J. Reynolds High School on his decision to attend Harvard University next year! There are not many people who can meet the admission criteria at an Ivy League school, but Hampton has all the right stuff both academically and athletically.

    Great choice Hamp! Now you just need to work on your Boston accent... Repeat after me: I'm going to pahhk the cahh in the yahhd before it gets dahhk. A smart kid like you will have it down in no time!

    Congratuations to Hampton. Us mountain boys not real sure where Harvard is located. Must be over yonder near the coast or up in yankee land.

    Kevin Glass of Butler HS has given his verbal commitment to App State. KG is a big RHP with lots of pop in his bat at the plate.

    This makes 11 (and counting) for ASU so far this fall/winter!!!!!

    Piedmont high school catcher Dallas Tarleton recently made a verbal commitment to Lenoir-Rhyne.

    Wake Christian catcher Barrett Martin recently made a verbal commitment to Barton.

    Congradulations to Dallas. A great kid from a great family. He is the glue to what should be a very good Piedmont team this year.
