    NCAA Roster Limits

    I have to take and PASS the NCAA DI Certification test each year and this stuff still gives me "the creeps". Bottom line ~ leave the kid off the roster altogether ~ he still has 5 years to play 4. The "clock" starts the moment he enrolls/takes his first class on your campus.

    The transfer rules have too many variaions to mention i.e. 4-2-4.... Suffice it to say that the university's athletics compliance officer earns his/her pay....
