Wanted to share a story idea I got from here

Langston, this was a great article. I graduated from West Charlotte in the late 70's and was proud to see such a positive representation from their players and coach. Like my class, the Lions have struggled with a variety of difficulties in recent years. These young ladies are great role models and I'm glad you featured this story. Best wishes for a speedy recovery to the Lake Norman player!

By the way, when WC played my son's Hopewell team in baseball a few years ago, the game was clearly one-sided, but I was so impressed with how well the Lions handled themselves on and off the field. Though they faced a tough opponent, these young men did not give up and exhibited outstanding sportsmanship thorughout the game. Made me proud to be a Lion!
