    Bat Speed Improvement Clinic
    Ages: 9 – 12 & 13 & Up
    *2 Separate Groups by Age Group

    Dates/Days: December 2nd – December 21st
    Week 1:Dec.2-7 Monday, Wednesday and Saturday
    Week 2:Dec.9-14 Monday, Wednesday and Saturday
    Week 3:Dec.16-20 Monday, Wednesday and Friday
    *3 Week Program

    Times:Weekday times are as followed- 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm – 13 & Up
    6:00 pm – 7:00 pm – 9-12 Years Old
    Saturday times 11:00 am- 12:00 pm - 13 & Up
    12:00 pm- 1:00 pm 9-12 year olds
    LIMIT TO 6 PLAYERS PER SESSION

    Cost: $180/Player $300 if you choose to do both Long-Toss and Hitting

    This program is designed to develop strength and quickness with your swing, as well as work on your swing mechanics. Various drills will be done to help swing improvement. Also, exercises to help strengthen core and forearm muscles.
