    Thank you to all that entered the Statesville Owls name our mascot contest. The winner is Dawn Gibson and her winning name is HOOTY!!!! Dawn's name was drawn from a hat of the 10 other contestants entering HOOTY. Congratulations Dawn and again thanks to all that entered.
