    Pinecrest 3 Lumberton 0

    Going to be tough going for Lumberton early. They got a great game pitched by jr lefty Tre Britt but the offense was just dominated by Pincrest junior Seth Maness. One hit and twelve Ks was all Lumberton could muster. Maness also led off the game with a BOMB to left center. Pirates are really in the soup as next up is #1 ranked Scotland County on Wednesday.

    The game is tomorrow at Lumberton at 5 PM. Weather is supposed to be incredible. Come on out and see how the young Pirates hold up against the Scotland juggernaut.

    I might. As a Richmond Raider fan, I'm all too familiar with the Scotland juggernaut. I was hoping the game would be later. We have Purnell Swett tomorrow at 5 and then Pine Forest on Thursday at 5. Since the Raiders are playing on Thursday, I may go to the Scotland Lumberton game. Of course, Purnell Swett usually gives us some problems, so I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet.
