Brandon Whitt pitched one heck of a game tonight against the talented Sabres, but Zack Pou proved once again, he is a hitting machine. In an earlier post I suggested some college coaches come and watch this young man. Tonight Pfeiffers' Head Coach was present. I suggest some of you other coaches come down and watch, before he decides where he wants to go. He is a keeper!!!!:bananalam

    Sanderson stuns Apex 12-9

With the score 9-3 Apex, in the bottom of the 6th inning Sanderson mounted a great comeback scoring 9 runs to take the lead 12-9. Sanderson's submarine pitcher was able to face 4 batters in the top of the 7th to hold the lead and take the win.

Braves....where were you, it was an unfair advantange. NCBBallFan came in the park and started working his mojo, HR was crushed to centerfield, N Mecks pitching shutting S Meck's hitters down...it was like having the 10th man on the field...unbelievable.

Seriously, Brandon Whitt pitched and EXCELLENT game keeping the South Meck hitters off balance all day. Zack hit a monster HR to center field off of a very good pitch below his knees...he just went down and got it and drove the pitch out of the park.

    Great job North Meck....

difference was that TCR's relief was a tad stronger and that TCR's bottom half of the order took advantage of CCS relief mistakes. Starting pitching fought to a 5-5 tie @ end of 4. No real errors defensively for either team as I recall.

was a great battle to watch

Jonathan Wright started for TCR followed by Kyle Lanning, Justin Jackson and John Ramsey. Ramsey got the win for the Rams.
