    Wautaga vs South Meck

Wautaga was not a good guest at the Bagdome. Somebody forgot to tell them that they were not supposed to win.

I had to admire the gritty performance from the Pioneers...each inning you could see them gain more confidence. They made all their defensive plays and Logan Bailey was hitting his spots. In fact, he seemed to be getting stronger after each inning. BUT...there is one guy that I can't wait for him to graduate from Wautaga....Devin Presnell The Sabre Killer. This young man has been a thorn in SM's side for two years now and it's time for him to move his talent to the next level.

It was great to meet Will Dicus, see and meet the real coach at Wautaga, Laura Hardee, and all the good people from Boone...but please remember that you guys are guests..and to remember to perform that way

    Thank you,

    Braves

By the way, Matt Layman pitched a heckuva game too...allowing 2 hits in 5 or 6 innings.

Now, if they can only get their stealth bats in gear, everything will be ok. I believe it's time for them to have a meeting and clear some things up...like their mental toughness

As Wossa and I personally witnessed, if Ragsdale hits the ball well and so far they have,,, they could very well be the "team to beat" in 3A this season. There's no question about their pitching.
