    Quality win for South Meck to start the season. Bet the new coach is glad to get this one under his belt.

    Trent Rothlin hit a go ahead two run homer in the bottom of the 5th to turn back upset minded Lake Norman. Chad Rothlin banged out 3 hits for the Tigers to go along with Trent's two. Andrew Wyant pitched the final 3 2/3 scoreless innings striking out 5 and walking 1 to earn the win.
