    Dang that sucks.

Ragsdale either brings the bats or leaves them on the bus. I'm glad I wasn't there to see it. I heard JP Polchinski left the game early with a knee injury. I hope he's okay. His bat and his play at third base is very importnat to Ragsdale. Trevor Mullins took the loss and Zack Strickland pitched the no hitter.

Ragsdale is now tied for second with SE Guilford at 10-3 in the conference with one to play.

Brian Little started for K-town, but got in a little trouble. They brought Garrett in and he pitched 3 innings(only 28 pitches), The WONDERS put some runs up during this period, then they pulled Garrett and put Jay Hosack in for the final 3 innings.

Garrett should be ready to pitch against NW Cabarrus on Thursaday.

    Alexander Central @ Watauga

    ACHS 11
    WHS 3

A bit of an anti-climatic senior night for the Pioneers, who went 1-5 the second time through conference. Corbett went yard for the Cougs and McLain went the distance for the win. Watauga hosts Providence in a varsity-only contest Saturday.

    JVs

    ACHS 4
    WHS 14 (5 innings)

Dunnigan went yard and pitched a complete game for Watauga, which completed its JV season with a 10-8 overall record and an 8-4 mark in conference.
