    AD squeaks by Green Hope

Athens Drive rallies in the 7th to take a 5-4 win over Green Hope on Senior Day in a tough game with both teams making great plays.
Justin Booth hits winning RBI single scoring Steve DeMeo.

Green Hope played a hard fought game but still qualifies for state playoffs. Athens will either finish 4th or third depending on Apex game with Lee County and play in Fayetteville on Friday.
Shout out to the Green Hope parents and players who had great sportsmanship throughout the entire game. Good luck in your playoff game versus Durham Jordan!
