We had a 40-50 miles per hour wind blowing out to dead center field the entire night. This made a tough game for the pitchers as well as fielders.

Bunn and RR are co-champs of the NCC 2A. This game was for playoff seeding. Bunn is now the #1 seed with RR being the #2 seed.

Foard claims the #2 3A seed from the CVAC with this special playoff game win. Chad Rothlin led the Tigers with 3 hits and 3 RBI while picking up the win in relief of Aaron King. Foard has now won 13 out of their last 14 and seem to be peaking at the right time. They are a very tough #2 seed and will go as far as their pitching takes them...

On a side note that borders on the bizarre, the agreed upon game time was 4:00. Foard started the game without their starting catcher, who was taking a college AP test at another high school. The backup catcher was dinged up early, but the starter showed up just in time to replace him. Talk about luck!
