first off congrats to eb on the win.but there a few things i felt that went on during the game and after that was very classless.for instance the the east burke players and coach storming the floor and celebrating before going to shake fans with freedom causing them to wait about 5 minutes for east burke to shake hands.I feel u should shake hands then celebrate. Also i feel east burke should have done a better job with the way their kids acted calling our kids names and crap like that. Some of the comments they wrote on the white board which is not allowed by state rules was uncalled for.

Jason, our fans have done the same in years past. It happens. Its a big game and a rivalry game at that, what more do you expect? Im sure if the roles were reversed and Freedom won the big game on senior night at home, Im sure the Freedom Fanatics would have done the same thing.

coach rogers has more class than to allow his players to do that.he would make sure we shook hands first.I dont consider east burke a rival in basketball.when you hold a 69-14 all time series lead on a team its not a rivalry.

If Im not mistaken, Freedom beat West Charlotte in the Sectional Finals a few years back (102-97 - OT). As the clock hit 00.0, the Freedom students and other fans stormed the court and the West Charlotte players had to wait until Morganton Department of Public Safety officers had to clear the floor so that Freedom and West Charlotte players could shake hands and award the sectional final trophies.

While Coach Rogers has class, the incident you so complained about was replicated and if Im not mistaken, you were in on the celebration.

Just let em celebrate. They've earned it.
