    MECA-6

    MECA-6 Final

    Hopewell vs ??? @ UNCC

Hopewell defeated North Meck last night to advance to the finals.

Watch out for Hopewell. They are on FIRE. They came out last night and put on a hitting show, scoring twelve runs. They are coming together at the right time. Hitting, defense, and smart base running will take them through the finals, probably against Central Cabbarus. CC game ended late so I do not have the score.

Good Luck to both these scrappy teams!

he has always impressed me for some reason. maybe its something quirky in his delivery, makes it hard for the batter to pick up on the ball.

Orange won the Mid-State tournament tonight 4-3 over Cedar Ridge. Orange will now get the #2 seed in the Mid-State and will face North Lenoir in the first round. Northwood, who was the #2 seed, may get a blessing in disguise as they'll probably get a wild card and a much easier game in the first round.
