    Rose-5
    Rocky Mount-1

    WP-Matt McLawhorn(1-0)
    LP-Jim Leggett(1-1)

Game was tied at 1 going into the bottom of the 6th,then Rose figured Leggett out and started to hit him. Several RM players tallied hits, while Rose's leading hitter was Matt Board, who was 2-3 with a triple and a 2-run homerun.

    Great Job Rob

Great Job Rob, I saw you and your dad looking at a new bat at Players a couple of weeks ago. You won't need that bat if you keep throwing no-hitters. Again GREAT JOB

    Bandys/Hickory

    Bandys- 0
    Hickory- 11 (5 inn.)

Hickory looked very strong once again. Greg Baker pitched a 5 inning no hitter. Derek Boliek led off the game with a HR to deep left center. It was pretty obvious Boliek was in pain and still recovering from his incident on Friday but he still ended up 2-4 and hit the ball hard every time. Patrick Shelton also had two hits for the Tornadoes with a HR. Connor Hilton added two more hits for the Tornadoes. Hickory made a good ballclub look bad tonight, this could be a dangerous team late in the season.

    Fred T Foard 10 Maiden 0

Trent Rothlin was again dominant on the hill for the Tigers against the young, overmatched Blue Devils. He also had a two run homer and a single. Brian Dice had three hits for Foard including a two run homer. Aaron King also had two hits for the Tigers. There were hits all up and down the lineup for Foard.

Foard (2-2 1-0) next travels to West Iredell on Friday.
