    Piedmont 8 Forest Hills 0

Well last night it was Lyerly with the no-hitter, tonight it was Timmy King. Complete game no-hitter, 16 K's. Would have been 17 but had a catchers interference call on strike 3. Piedmonts next game is tomorrow at home vs. Mt. Pleasant.

I don't even have a Jason Moss on the Ragsdale roster. May be a JV player that moved up. Next up is Ledford at Ragsdale on Friday.

I guess Jason Moss is really Jason Wallace

    Scotland 9 Lumberton 1

Another beatdown by Scotland but at least this time Lumberton gave em a game for a few innings. It was 1-1 in the fourth until Scotland broke it open with a six spot thanks to some nifty "backside" hitting. Lowry got the win but Lumberton had a number of scoring opportunities and hard hit ball right at people. Tre Britt with the loss for Lumberton. Tonight Lumberton travels to Wilmington to take on Ashely.
