    Yeah...our schedule is kinda crazy. Due to weather we opened the season last week with 3 non-conference home games on consecutive nights. Then our first road game was a conf. tilt, now we go back to non-conf. for two more games this week. Then after that we hit the heart of the NW4A schedule with some non conference games mixed in-between.

    This will be our 5th game of the season today. We have played 3 games in 3 days and 5 in the last 6 days. It has bee a tough strectch to start the season and Clayton will not be easy tonight.

    East Rowan will play West Iredell in their first NPC conference game. This game was originally scheduled for Friday but was moved earlier due to predicted bad weather.

    Wake Forests John Faircloth and Brandon Mitchell both hit 3 Run Homeruns. Pitching wise John Renn and Blake Pettit did a great job holding down a powerful offense.

    Very impressed with how Olympic played....Roberts did a great job of keeping AK hitters off balance....a couple of timely double plays by AK early in the game kepts Olympic from scoring.

    Good ball game......both pitchers threw very well and good defense for both teams.
