    Asheville 5 Tuscola 4

This I think is Tuscola's first conference loss in the MAC. It seems things are starting to turn around for the Cougars after many close losses.

RAIN WINS AGAIN!!! FIELD UNDER WATER!

I was thinking of renaming Rocket Park Atlantis. Our pitchers mound, referred lovingly by F3 and Coach May as Mount Evans, looked like the tip of Mount Everest at the end of Waterworld....///
Maybe we wil be out there soon!!

    Richmond - 9
    Hoke - 4

    Richmond goes to 9-3 (5-1)

You're always gonna have a few games where you question the officiating. This was one of those games. They weren't biased, they just sucked - behind the plate and in the field...both ways. Providence comes to town tomorrow for two. We'll find out what we've got!

    Ragsdale 11
    SW Randolph 1 six innings

Ragsdale blows open another close game with a barrage of runs late to move to 11-1 (5-1). David Coffey (3-1) pitched six, striking out eight with five hits. Nolan Sewell for SWR pitched well but was the victim of a 2 run, 2 base error in the fifth to leave the game down 4-1 after five. Ragsdale then scored seven in the sixth, once again led by Mike Whited with a bases loaded double being the big hit in the inning.

Whited was 2-2 with a walk and the 3 run double. He's now 3-3 with a walk, double and grand slam for 7 RBIs in his last four at bats. All while playing great in the field at SS. Kyle Brandenburg has adjusted well to his new leadoff role going 2-3, 2 doubles, walk, RBI and three runs scored.

Rivalry game tomorrow at SW Guilford.
