    TC Roberson 11 Swain 1

    WP: Koppenheffer (sp)
    LP: Allman (3-1)

    LH: Koppenheffer Dbl, HR
    Swain: White 2-2 Dbl

TC put the ball in play and not Swain's best effort defensively, TC took advantage of the baserunners and came up with big hits. Hats off to TC, solid team that will be a tough matchup for anyone along the way.

    The field umpiring was interesting

    TC Roberson 14-0?
    Swain 10-2

Athens Drive 9 Panther Creek 2(coached by former Millbrook coach)

Vance Williams W No hitter through 6 when pulled

    Justin Booth 2-3

AD 3-2 in Tri 8, has to be the toughest baseball conference in the state.
With 5 teams going to state, one good team is going to stay at home.

He has been accepted academically at Boston College, marshall university and University of Louisville. he is really interested in playing ball at BC or Marshall. Surprisingly he has not heard from ant North carolina schools. he is batting 769 for the season.

    AC Reynolds 7
    McDowell 2

Runion throws the complete game striking out 9 McDowell batters...McDowell hung tough in there for three innings then Reynolds put a 5-spot up in the fourth inning and Runion took over from there.
