One thing you will have to remember this was SC's third game this week. They are not very deep with the starting 5 having to play a lot of minutes. Three games in one week for any team is tough but for SC this year it is extra tough. All in all a win is a win and the girls showed some good things in the second half. I think this team will go a long way this year if everyone will start playing defense which is something that has been lacking up till Friday night.

you know just sitting here and thinking about it, there is such a great mix of upper and under-classmen in the conference this year. Those under-classmen are gonna be the ones that can take one particular team to a higher level. I'm glad we're coming up on the heart of conference play. IMHO the NW4A this year has potential of being a strong conference. Even though the likely two best teams in Western Region 4A are in Charlotte, they'll play a weaker conference schedule in comparision to the NW4A.
