    The Mustangs win at home today over Lincolnton 8 to 6 to improve
    to 11-0 and 8-0 in conference. The Mustangs are currently ranked
    by Impact at no 2 in the state in class 2a.

    Raiders missed a couple of opportunities to score, but the bottom line is they were shut down by Scots pitching. They fall to 10-4 (5-2). At Jack Britt Thursday.

    RR had 17 hits on the night. The Yellow Jackets were led by Tyler Deloach with 4 hits, Jacob Griffies with 3 hits, and Jacob Spragins with 2 hits (a 2 run double and a 2 run HR).

    RR is now 7-5 overall and 6-0 in the NCC 2A.

    RR's next game is Friday morning at 10 am in the Louisburg Easter Tournament. RR will play Hobgood Academy.

    Riverside 6, Person 3

    Arie Seelinger pitched 5 solid innings and Riverside hit 3 Home Runs in this game played at Riverside High School. Stephen Wright pitched well for the Rockets despite allowing the home runs, only giving up 4 ER. Person had its chances in this game and did not capitalize leaving multiple runners in scoring position twice. Kyle Gentry hit a Home run for Person, and Trey Davis had two hits (incidentally he threw out Riverside every time they tried to steal a base, 3 attempts.)

    Person 5-5 (3-3)

    Riverside plays at Rocky Mount in a DH on Saturday. (good one to watch)

    Person faces Broughton in the Bobby Murray Tournament on Thursday.

    Hickory wins at home 4-3. Tyler Poole pitched the complete game for Hickory with Mitchell Henderson and Robert McKinney doing the honors for Foard.
