not 100% sure on this score and I don't know any details either but I do know that if it is true that NW has pretty much taken 2nd place in the Metro 4A

    Fred T Foard 7 Bunker Hill 0

On Senior Night at Foard, Ben Lilly tossed a 3 hitter (8 K's, 1 BB) to help the Tigers cruise to at least a share of the CVAC championship. Brian Dice and Trent Rothlin had two hits each to lead a balanced hitting attack.

It was a night of thanks for a group of seniors who have endured some pretty tough times up until this year. They were asked as freshmen/sophomores to come in and contribute right away. They've taken some lumps, but are now major contributors to a championship team.

Thanks go out to Brandon Eggers, Jason Sprouse, Tyler Buchanan, Ben Lilly, Mitch Granger, and Brian Dice.

Next up for the Tigers (19-3, 13-1) will be at Bandys on Monday night.
