    Freshman, Tony Sanchez led the Imps with a 2-2 evening and also reaching on a walk. Sophomore, Josh McCauley had a big pinch hit in the 7th that led to insurance runs for Pilecki. Senior, Percy Evans also reached base three times.

    Cary hosts cross-town rival Green Hope on Friday night at 7pm.

    LKN ace Nick lomascolo(2009 Catawba throws 6 1/3 innings allowing 2 hits 2 walks and 12 k's. Ross Whitley(2009 Catawba) came in to shut the door throwing the final 2/3 on 2 k's and 1 walk.

    East Meck got back into the SW4A win column by defeating Myers Park 5-1. A huge crowd watched Olen Little throw a 3 hitter and continue his mastery of the Mustangs. Austin Campbell threw a good game for the Mustangs, but the Eagles got timely hits and stayed in control most of the game. It was a big ol' party at Ed Bryant's Field of Dreams tonight with the Eagles hosting the kids and families from Sardis Dixie Youth Little League and the Randolph Middle School baseball team. :jump:

    SW Guilford beat HP Andrews 11-0 tonight. Glenn plays at Southwest Thursday night. Winner gets first place in the Piedmont Triad 3A

    David Coffey pitched four innings (two hits, 2 walks eight strikeouts) for his seventh win on senior night. Eric Maynard took the loss. Ragsdale was led at the plate by Ben Fultz (2-3, DB, 2 RBIs, run scored), Kyle Brandenburg (2-4, triple, RBI, two runs scored). David Coffey was 1-2 with 2 RBIs. Randleman scored on a Bradley Holland solo HR in the fourth.

    Ragsdale is now 19-2, 10-1 and closes out the regular season Thursday night at SE Guilford.
