    NOR- 131 110 1 - 8 12 2

    WP - Elliott Tolley (3-3)
    LP - Travis Horn
    SV - Jeremy Peed (1)

    Leading HItters:

    PER - Dustin Reaves (2-3, 2B, HR, 3 RBI), Trey Davis (2-5, 2-2B, 3 RBI), Jeremy Peed (2-3, 2B, RBI), Shawn Whitt (2-4, RBI)

NOR- Craig Farmer (3-5 3RBI), Cameron Falcon (2-4, HR, 2 RBI), Andrew Peacock (2-3), Billy Goss (3-4, 2-2B, RBI)

    Records:
    Person 10-10 (6-5)
    Northern Durham 11-8 (6-5)

It was a wild one in Durham as Person scored 8 runs in the 3rd off 3 Northern Pitchers, then held on for the win behind some good plays following errors. the PAC-6 race is very tight with 4 teams with possibly 5 losses going into the last 3 games of the regular season. 1 of these 4 teams will not make the playoffs...

    East Forsyth 8
    Grimsley 5

    WP: Ryan Dull (7-2) (6-0)
    SV: Kenny Swab
Grimsley scores 5 in the first off of Dull on 5 hits. Clint Moore hit a homerun. Late in the game down 5-4 Kenny Swab hit his 10th homerun of the year and this one was a grandslam to give the Eagles the lead for good. Dull was shaky in the beginning but settled down after the first only allowing one more hit after the first inning while striking out 7.

East Forsyth and Northwest Guilford are the Metro 4-A Co-Conference Champions....there will be a coin flip tomorrow morning on who will be the #1 seed in the tournament and the State playoff #1 seed will be the team that goes the farthest in the tournament

I'd like to see an East-NW part 3 for the #1 seed next Thursday

    EF: 18-5 (11-1)

Note: East Forsyth softball team captured their first conference title tonight since 1999 also with an 11-1 conference record
